Helga Kidder lives in the Tennessee hills with her husband.  Her poems have recently been published in Conestoga Zen, Bindweed Magazine, American Diversity Report and others.  She has five collections of poetry, Wild Plum, Luckier than the Stars, Blackberry Winter, Loving the Dead which won the Blue Light Press Book Award 2020, and Learning Curve – poems about immigration and assimilation. To her poetry is a life line and consolation. Aside from daily writing, she plays tennis, and in summer enjoys the garden’s splendor.
