Clyde Watson is best known for her children’s books, including Father Fox’s Pennyrhymes, which was a National Book Award finalist. She has written scripts for several theater groups, including The Christmas Revels and the Summer Revels, and in 2005 was commissioned to write a script entitled Masque of The Golden Bowl for the Saint-Gaudens National Historic Site’s centennial celebration. Her poetry has appeared in Pastoral Magazine and in numerous anthologies. She is a member of the Author’s Guild of America, which hosts her website www.clydewatson.com.
