Tony Taddei is a writer who lives in New Jersey and whose work has appeared in Story Magazine, New Millennium Writings, Folio, Funny Times and Pif Magazine. He is a receipient of a a New Jersey State Fellowship for Fiction and a graduate of the MFA Fiction Program at Bennington College.

Toggling between the divisions that social media and virtualization have brought  and the harsh realities of separation, aging and death, The Great Divide covers the last year in the life of a woman named Ella O’Toole as she, and her family and care-givers attempt to negotiate the on-line theft of her savings, her worsening dementia and the increasing distance we have to cover as the prevailing world spins us farther and farther apart.
